Wearing specialist equipment, ie. mountaineering boots, you are now ready for a flight in a paraglider.
If you are fit enough, you can have the honour of carrying the equipment: your harness.
After an approach of several hundreds of metres you are ready and equipped for your first flight in a paraglider.
Pay careful attention to what your instructor says, and be ready to catch the best moment to take off, and you have lift off…!
The Serre-Ponçon Lake, Casse Déserte and Meije, paragliding in the Hautes-Alpes is a guaranteed flight in internationally famous aerological conditions.
For a few minutes you can soar like a bird as you take off, glide, climb and land only using the energy of the wind.
Price range: 70€ to 135€
All of the paragliding schools in the Hautes-Alpes also offer introductory courses and teaching for intermediate level paragliders.
